Michele Green, our Program Director, is self-employed as a professional Delaware landscape artist. She has been playing bluegrass music semi professionally for 9 years. She has been heard playing her banjo around the Tri-state area festivals and events.
Ron Penska, Board Adviser/ Showcase Stage Manager, is a quality Inspector for US Army, with over 25 years experience playing bluegrass music at a professional level. Ron has successfully promoted and produced numerous Bluegrass music festivals, events and shows.
Hugh Dolan, Board Advisor/Volunteer Coordinator, is employed as an independent claims adjuster. He owned and operated his own business for fifteen years. Hugh started playing guitar and five string banjo in the early 1960's. He has played in several area bands over the years.
Kevin Justice Board Adviser/Workshop Coordinator, has been playing music since the age of 14. Kevin has focused his musical interests bluegrass and related roots/traditional music. Besides playing guitar, his other instruments include the mandolin and upright bass.
Paul Rogers Assistant Director has been playing Bluegrass banjo for 18 years and has been a member of the Raccoon Creek Band. He is a self employed painting contractor in Delaware. Paul has a great fondness and dedication to both Bluegrass music and folks that participate in it, and
he is looking forward spreading interest in Bluegrass.
