Wilmington Winter Bluegrass Festival Incorporated is a non-profit 501(C)3 organization.

Our mission is to promote, generate and preserve bluegrass music.

Wilmington Winter Bluegrass Festival will focus on providing a reputable platform on which the musicians can perform, and continue the awareness of bluegrass music through learning opportunities in structured workshops, and open jam sessions.

Admission to the festival event provides an opportunity not only for entertainment, but also to participate and to learn.
